My Juicer is a slow masticating juicer. A mastic juicer is a slow juicing method. It gently crushes and presses juice at lower speeds which delivers a thick more nutrient rich juice.
The Vegetables supply high levels of vitamins and nutrients that support bodily function. By only having 20% fruit it keeps sugar low which avoids a glycogen spike which can increase the insulin resistance of the body.
With an 80% vegetable basis it supplies a range of polyphenols and non-starchy plant compounds that feed the good gut bacteria. These are in the form of prebiotics.
Autophagy is the body recognising that there is limited resources in the body. It then turns on the bad cells and the general rubbish that is in all our bodies. Autophagy starts after 16 hours of fasting and then proceeds getting to work on your body!
I'm able to deliver juice to the Exeter area on the weekends personally and can send it via the post nationally.
I offer Juice Fast programs at market competitive rates and Nature's Sip and Root Refresher bundles.
Hi, I’m George, and my journey with fresh juicing started during my time at university. Struggling with weight issues, I explored different ways to improve my health. A visit to a local naturopath changed everything. After mentioning my benign pituitary tumor, I was advised to invest in a slow masticating juicer and try juicing as a way to reset my body at a cellular level. Skeptical but curious, I embarked on a week-long juice fast. It wasn’t easy, but by the end, I felt energised, lighter, and healthier than ever before. Coming out of university and failing to gain a graduate job I decided it was time to start this business idea of mine. Bringing fresh fruit and vegetables to the consumer in juice form.
After completing my degree, I had the chance to travel—to Australia and Ghana. In Melbourne, I saw a slow masticating juicer in action at Chadstone shopping mall, sparking the first thoughts of a juice business. But it was in Ghana where everything clicked. Seeing the freshest produce firsthand and speaking with local farmers, like Steve, who cultivated cashews and ginger, I realised the power of raw, natural ingredients.
One day, while relaxing in a hammock in Ada Foah, I had a lightbulb moment. I knew I wanted to bring the benefits of fresh, unpasteurised juice to my community. That’s when Juice2Go was born—starting from my own kitchen in Exeter, with the goal of delivering nutrient-packed, cold-pressed juices straight to customers.
Juice2Go isn’t just about convenience; it’s about delivering the purest, most beneficial juices possible. Using a slow masticating juicer, I ensure that every sachet retains the maximum nutrients and vitamins, free from unnecessary processing or heat exposure. It’s my mission to help others experience the same transformation I did—feeling lighter, healthier, and full of natural energy.
